Valley End – Mars Category: Art, Mars, Space

About

The lander used to get people to the surface of Mars would be too small to live in comfortably for very long. The inflatable tubes that would be deployed would offer a much larger space to live and to grow the food necessary for prolonged missions. Once the inflatable’s are buried under Martian soil, they would also offer the radiation shielding required for the health of the crew.
